Reco Group offers a comprehensive range of single thread and immersion heaters designed to keep solutions at controlled temperatures (usually between 20 and 40 °C) using electric heating elements. These systems use special materials and technologies, as standard electric tubular heaters are unsuitable for these applications.
Heating elements for electroplating are used in various applications, including nickel plating, chrome plating, copper plating, precious metals treatments, electropolishing, pickling and passivation.
Titanium heating elements are designed for special baths involving the treatment of precious metals such as gold. In the case of pickling and passivation, single thread heaters or shaped electric heating elements are used.
We manufacture single thread heaters in different materials, depending on the type of plating bath.
Size and power can be configured to suit system requirements and the complexity of the treatment.

Single thread heaters can be made with a Pyrex, porcelain, titanium and stainless-steel sheath.
Reart’s single thread heaters can be supplied with an automatic reset thermostat for fluid temperature regulation.
